Are you aware of our 1-year minimum warranty policy for all equipment sold by BPD? If there is anything wrong with your purchase right out of the box, we ask that you return it right away so we can send you a replacement, with shipping reimbursed. In addition to our warranty policy, we also offer a 30 day return and refund policy. Items returned within 7 days of purchase will receive a full 100% refund.
We don't leave you without any help after your purchase - here at BPD, we offer up to 3 years of support with your purchased phone system. In some cases, we can offer up to 5 years of support. We value our customer service very highly and ensure that you are satisfied with your new business phone system.
