Shipping & Delivery

BPD Technologies will be able to ship your equipment out the day the order is placed as long as the order is received before 2PM PST. In some cases, especially with older equipment, further testing may be required which could postpone the shipment for up to 24 hours. In the event your item(s) need to be back-ordered, a BPD sales representative will notify you. We are committed to getting you your equipment as soon as possible unless otherwise indicated, a UPS tracking number will be available and emailed to you with your invoice. Sometimes older obsolete equipment may need to be shipped directly from another pre-screened, trusted partner. If this is the case, your tracking information may be delayed. We make every effort to keep equipment in stock but occasionally delays may occur. Privacy & Security

BPD Technologies respects the privacy and security of our customers. We continually take measures to protect our site security and your privacy is of utmost importance to us. For all purchases, we use our security certificate provided by Comodo, a leader in SSL technology. Furthermore, we will not use the information you provide to us except to fulfill any requests you may have (ex: we will contact you with a phone system quote if you fill out the phone system quote page).

Returns & Replacements

BPD Technologies offers returns on items purchased through us. BPD Technologies offers a 100% refund of your purchase within 7 days of your receipt of the equipment. Please contact a sales representative for an RMA number. All equipment must be in its original condition and unused. All button packs and product literature must be sealed. No shipping charges will be refunded. All sales on software and licenses are final and are not eligible for a refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping charged incurred.

Returns Within 15-30 Days – A 20% restocking fee will apply on all equipment returned within 15-30 days. This is defined by customers who receive an RMA number on the 15th through the 30th day after receipt of their shipment. We are sorry, no exceptions can be made. Additionally, all equipment must be returned in working order with original accessories and boxes. Customer is responsible for all shipping charged incurred.

Returns After 30 Days – No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the receipt of the shipment.

Advanced Replacements – BPD Technologies offers advanced replacements on all equipment purchased that is still under warranty. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred for items replaced after 14 days of the original purchase. New equipment purchased from BPD Technologies is subject to the same advanced replacement policies with the exception of the following: New equipment will be replaced with new equipment for up to 30 days from the original receipt of the equipment. After 30 days, BPD Technologies reserves the right to replace the equipment with new or like new equipment.

Order Acceptance

All website orders must be confirmed by a sales representative prior to shipment. BPD Technologies reserves the right to cancel and refund your order due to non-availability of the equipment you have ordered, or items that we feel unacceptable to sell. For example, obsolete equipment, equipment that is cosmetically challenged, or pricing errors.

Product Listings

Due to the nature of technology and its inherent likelihood to change via new releases and/or cosmetic appearance, BPD Technologies reserves the right to change pictures, pricing, descriptions, and/or comparisons. BPD Technologies cannot be held responsible for mistakes, errors or omissions on any of the products listed on their website. Our website is managed by humans and we make every effort to ensure accuracy. Thank you for your understanding.
