- At Business Phones Direct, you better believe we do shipping right! We know that refurbished telephone equipment is hard to keep in stock, and our promise to our customers is that we will never take more then one business day after an in stock order is placed to get it on a truck headed to your business or residence (generally orders placed before 2pm PST will go out same business day). For the small number of items that are back-ordered or produced upon demand, one of our friendly sales team will contact you and provide an estimated delivery date. We are committed to getting you your equipment as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise indicated UPS tracking information will be available both via email shipment status notifications and online, using the "Track" button.
- Privacy & Security
- Business Phones Direct respects the privacy and security of our customers. We continually take measures to protect our site security and your privacy is of utmost importance to us. For all purchases, we use our security certificate provided by Verisign, a leader in SSL technology. Furthermore, we will not use the information you provide to us except to fulfill any requests you may have (ex: we will contact you with a phone system quote if you fill out the phone system quote page).
- Returns & Replacements
- We understand that the purchase of telecommunications products often depends on product performance and/or personal comfort. Thats why we give you a full month to evaluate the equipment. Returns will be accepted for thirty days from date of shipment. For a full refund less shipping charges please return unopened equipment within fourteen days; unopened items returned within fourteen days of shipment and in resellable condition will not be subject to a re-stocking fee. BusinessPhonesDirect.com does reserve the right to charge a 20% Re-stocking fee for orders returned after fourteen days but not more than thirty days after shipment of items in question, and open box returns. After thirty days no returns will be accepted. All returned products must be accompanied by an RMA number.
